We will assist you under our damaged goods process.<\/p><h2><strong>How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Email us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@massivegainsrx.com\">info@massivegainsrx.com<\/a> with your order ID and reason for return. We may ask for clear photos or a short video of the product, defect, and packaging. This helps us approve your request faster. Once approved, we will send instructions for pickup or for you to ship the item back.<\/p><h2><strong>Pickup and Return Shipping<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li>Where reverse pickup is available, we will collect the product from your delivery address at no cost for eligible returns.<\/li><li>Where pickup is not available, you will need to ship the product to us.<\/li><li>For returns due to our error, damage, or defect, we will reimburse return shipping after inspection.<\/li><li>For other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Inspection and Approval<\/strong><\/h2><p>All returns are inspected on receipt MassiveGainSrx reserves the right to accept or reject a return based on condition and policy compliance. We will update you within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return.<\/p><h2><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2><p>Once approved:<\/p><ul><li>Refunds are issued within\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0to the original payment method.<\/li><li>For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit after verification of your bank details.<\/li><li>Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, damage, or defect.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Replacements<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Once we receive and approve the return, we will dispatch the replacement and share tracking details.<\/p><h2><strong>Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Once dispatched, you cannot cancel.
