Refund & Returns
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains when you can return an item, how to start a return, and how refunds or replacements work.
Eligible Returns
You may request a return if the product delivered is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective or does not function as described
- Incorrect item
- Missing from your order
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and the invoice.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged by you, or is returned without original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products are marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
This includes:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products where the seal has been broken
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We will assist you under our damaged goods process.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@massivegainsrx.com with your order ID and reason for return. We may ask for clear photos or a short video of the product, defect, and packaging. This helps us approve your request faster. Once approved, we will send instructions for pickup or for you to ship the item back.
Pickup and Return Shipping
- Where reverse pickup is available, we will collect the product from your delivery address at no cost for eligible returns.
- Where pickup is not available, you will need to ship the product to us.
- For returns due to our error, damage, or defect, we will reimburse return shipping after inspection.
- For other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
Inspection and Approval
All returns are inspected on receipt MassiveGainSrx reserves the right to accept or reject a return based on condition and policy compliance. We will update you within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds
Once approved:
- Refunds are issued within 48 hours to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit after verification of your bank details.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, damage, or defect.
Replacements
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Once we receive and approve the return, we will dispatch the replacement and share tracking details.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Once dispatched, you cannot cancel. You may return the product after delivery under this policy.
